Meet The Masters
We are excited to announce Rosa Bonheur as the first Artist, our Longfellow Lions will be learning more about this year. Our students were introduced to her art a couple of weeks ago at the Meet the Masters Assembly. During the course of the next 2 weeks, docents will be showing our students how to draw using some of her techniques. If you wish to become a docent for this program, and you are a VIP, please get in touch with the Program Chair - Chamindri Aluwihare at  chumsw@gmail.com . Joining doesn't require any sort of time commitment, it is just and easy way to show your support. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, pets, etc are welcome to join as well. If your class reaches 100% in PTA membership, the kids get a pizza party! Depending on when you reach 100%, it can go toward a holiday party or an end of school party!
